Please note the following information, in order to view our site correctly.


  • How to find browser's version and how to upgrade if necessary?

  1.  Open your browser. (for example Internet Explorer.)

  2. Click Help menu.

  3. Click About from the appearing menu.

  4. A window will appear showing information about your browser (the below screen shot belongs to Microsoft (R) Internet Explorer 6 installed with Microsoft (R) Windows XP)

  5. If your version number is less than 5, then you'll need to install a higher version.

  6. We recommend you to download and install Microsoft (R) Internet Explorer 6.
    You can find more information about this product on Microsoft (R) website.

  7. If you have Microsoft (R) Windows XP installed then there is no need to upgrade your browser.

  8. If you have Microsoft (R) Windows ME or 2000 installed then we recommend upgrading to Internet Explorer 6 (from 5 witch is already installed on your system.)

  • How to define and change screen resolution and color quality?
    (In Microsoft (R) Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT/XP)

  1. Right click on your desktop on an empty area.

  2. Click on "Display Properties" from the appearing menu.

  3. Display Properties will appear.

  4. Click on "Settings" tab.

  5. You will see a window like below (The below screen shot belongs to Windows XP and may be different from yours, but it is not important.)

  6. Change the Screen resolution by clicking and dragging its slider bar to 800 by 600 pixels or more.
    (1024 by 768 pixel is recommended.)

  7. Choose Medium (16 bit) color quality from its drop down menu.

  8. Click OK to save the changes and to close the Display properties window.

  9. Your computer might need a restart. Click YES if prompted and let the computer restart.

  • How to change text size?

  1. Open your browser. (for example Microsoft (R) Internet Explorer)

  2. Click View menu.

  3. Click Text Size from the appearing menu.

  4. Click Medium from the appearing menu.

  • How to define and change page Encoding?

  1. Open your browser. (for example Microsoft (R) Internet Explorer)

  2. Click View menu.

  3. Click Encoding from the appearing menu.

  4. Click Unicode (UTF-8) from the appearing menu.

  5. If you couldn't find Unicode (UTF-8) Click More instead and try to find and click Unicode (UTF-8) from the appearing menu.

  • How to download and install Tahoma font?

  1. Download the Tahoma font by clicking HERE.

  2. Click on Save from the dialog box witch will appear.

  3. Choose the destination from the dialog box witch will appear and click Save.

  4. The download will take a few moments to complete.

  5. Open Control Panel. (You can find it from My Computer or from Start Menu or from Start Menu --> Settings depending on your Windows Version.)

  6. From Control Panel Click on Fonts Icon.

  7. If you couldn't find Fonts icon, you have to switch to Classic View. There is a link on the left side of window for switching to Classic View.
    (Also you can find Fonts icon on the left side after clicking on Appearance and Themes in Windows XP Control Panel.)

  8. A window called Fonts Folder will appear. Click Files menu.

  9. Click Install New Font ... from the appearing menu.

  10. A window will appear. Browse to find the saved font file and select it and then click OK.

  11. The Tahoma font will be added to your system.
